Elizabeth Carroll

Marriage and Family Therapist Intern

Hi, I'm Elizabeth.

I believe that healing begins with understanding yourself. I have a special passion for helping Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) and other thoughtful, caring individuals who often find themselves overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, or relationship challenges. My practice also supports clients navigating grief, trauma, ADHD, depression, and life transitions, always with the understanding that healing isn't about changing who you are, it's about better understanding yourself and creating lasting, meaningful change.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I provide in-person and virtual therapy for adults in Nevada. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your relationships, and help you reconnect with your values, your strengths, and the life you want to create. If you've spent much of your life taking care of others while struggling to care for yourself, therapy can help you build healthier relationships, starting with yourself.

I hold Master's degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and School Counseling, along with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 14 years working in education as both a teacher and school counselor. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for emotional development, family relationships, and the unique experiences that shape each person's story. It also continues to influence the compassionate, collaborative approach I bring to therapy today.
