  • Individual therapy

    I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, identity concerns, trauma, and life transitions. My approach integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and parts and memory therapy to provide practical strategies and deeper insights. I aim to create a supportive environment where we can address your concerns and work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

  • Highly Sensitive Person

    I understand how deeply you feel and how overwhelming life can sometimes be. My practice focuses on highly sensitive people (HSPs) like you. I offer a compassionate space where you can explore your emotions and find ways to manage the intensity of your experiences. Together, we’ll work on building self-acceptance, reducing stress, and nurturing your relationships. I use a blend of CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused and parts and memory therapy to support your personal growth and resilience.

  • Available in-person and online

  • Less than 24 hours notice given (at therapist discretion)

  • By phone or video conference
